Primrose surgery is situated on the ground floor and is accessible via the front entrance. There are also automatic doors at the side entrance. There are dedicated disabled parking spaces close to the entrance. A disabled patients WC is located in the waiting area. There is a hearing loop for hard of hearing patients. We also offer BSL interpretation services for hearing impaired patients through video consultations. A copy of the practice leaflet is available in braille and large print which can be requested from reception.
